My name is Massimiliano, I am a veterinarian with a specialization in hygiene and food production techniques. During my studies I learned to take care of animals so I understood the importance of nutrition for them but also for men.
HEALTHY LIFE AND FOOD
A healthy life is not possible without a correct diet. In fact, eating correctly means living longer and in good health. In recent years everyone has access to a lot of information that gives the possibility to choose the best foods for their health. It is not difficult to follow a healthy diet that is also tasty. Modern man knows the importance of controlling the values of cholesterol, blood sugar, triglycerides and blood pressure to maintain a good state of health.
HEALTY FOOD FOR A CORRECT SUPPLY
COMBINE CORRECT DIET AND EXERCISE
A constant and moderate physical exercise controls weight, blood pressure, blood parameters. It tones and makes skeletal muscles and heart muscle efficient. It also promotes correct calcification of the bones by hindering the phenomenon of osteoporosis. Moderate movement stimulates growth factors that favor cell multiplication and turnover.
ANTIOXIDANTS AND VITAMINS
Essential elements for well-being are antioxidants. That is, those compounds that fight free radicals by preventing tissue aging and DNA damage. They slow down the deterioration of the skin and various organs. So the tissues remain youthful longer because the action of free radicals is hindered. The latter are highly oxidizing molecules that are the result of metabolism and that alter the structure of organs and nucleic acids (DNA and RNA).
Other antioxidants are some vitamins (especially E and C) and some minerals such as selenium. A good supply of them contributes to maintaining the health of the organism.
Obviously it is essential that a good diet has a reduced amount of salt (sodium chloride in particular) and simple sugars). So I would advise against frequent use of industrially prepared foods because they are almost always rich in these substances. Furthermore, we must not forget a sufficient supply of milk in the diet. I would recommend semi-skimmed milk because it has all the positive characteristics of milk while having a reduced fat content. In particular, milk can be considered an ideal element created by mother nature to satisfy almost every human nutritional need. therefore it should not be missing in the diet. Some of its valid substitutes such as white yuogurt and kefir are also not to be neglected.
A constituent of our organism that has only recently been re-evaluated is the intestinal bacterial flora. Hence it is a complex of microorganisms that produce a large amount of indispensable chemicals and vitamins. It is essential to take care of the health of the intestinal flora. In particular, it is possible to do this by avoiding sudden changes in diet (they must be as gradual as possible), avoiding antibiotics as much as possible, feeding on a sufficient quantity of fibers. In particular, fibers are a source of nourishment for the “friendly” bacteria that make up the intestinal flora. In addition, they stimulate intestinal peristalsis. That is, they favor the movements of the enteric musculature by facilitating the expulsion of faeces and the cleaning of the intestinal walls. All this also has a protective antitumor action.
HEALTH AND PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
Obviously there is a widespread desire to achieve a good state of health but also a pleasant physical appearance. Physical exercise is essential to obtain a toned and pleasant to look at muscles. In particular, it is essential to promote the cellular multiplication of myocytes, ie muscle cells. Therefore it is essential to stimulate the production of growth factors through exercise. In addition, it is very important to provide the body with the “building blocks” to make new muscle tissue. That is, such bricks are represented by amino acids. In particular from those called “ramified” which are the real building blocks of the musculature. Therefore it is important to choose the right sources of essential amino acids which are represented by products of animal origin but not only. In fact, legumes and, in particular some of them such as soy and lupine, are excellent sources of protein substances. In particular, soy has the advantage of having a very high biological value and of being devoid of the high quantities of harmful fats present in products of animal origin. So it will not introduce harmful amounts of harmful cholesterol into the body. All these notions concerning physical exercise and nutrition will be very useful and decisive for maintaining a good state of health if applied regularly. That is, it is worthless to practice good nutrition or exercise a few days a week. In fact, it must represent a rule of life and put into practice with almost daily constancy. Skipping a few workouts and making a few exceptions every now and then isn’t a problem. In fact, we all have our own life made up of work, fun, going out with friends, companions or companions so it is not pleasant to undergo too strict rules. In fact, we should apply this lifestyle based on movement and healthy eating very often with a few exceptions that are still possible.
